Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound warm calls to potential customers to promote and sell our products and services.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers through excellent customer service
  • Identify and qualify leads and generate new business opportunities.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and goals every month.
  • Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to track customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline management.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and techniques.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and market conditions to effectively position our products.

Requirements:
  • Obtain new sales opportunities through cold call organizing outreach to potential new customers (mailers, newsletters, etc.). Bilingual a plus (English & Spanish).
  • Provided sales team support, data entry, and other clerical duties as needed.
  • Possible on-site visits to discuss chemical products.
  • Ability to host Team/Zoom-style meetings with potential customers.
  • Potential for growth to Outside Sales
  • In-office job with possible site visits.
  • Develop meaningful relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyalty.
  • Follow up with current customers to ensure all needs are being met.
  • Understand and demonstrate the product or service to the customer
  • Set and meet sales goals and objectives set by leadership
  • Improve sales skills to increase sales success rates
