Celerion is hiring a remote Inside Sales Representative to support the growth in our Clinical, Biometrics, & Bioanalytical business. You will be working closely with Business Development to expand and accelerate lead generation for the US and EU.
 
In this role, you will focus on initiating contact with potential clients to understand their specific clinical, biometrics, & bioanalytical needs and challenges. You will facilitate an introduction with Business Development to further cultivate accounts.  You will bring your ability to manage lead generation with Zymewire, & LinkedIn and engage in presenting Celerion’s differentiated services to potential clients. 
 
This role offers a base salary plus commission structure and room for growth with strong performance.

Essential Functions:

    • Identify and pursue new potential clients and business opportunities within the biotechnology and pharmaceutical markets.
    • Develop and implement strategies for accelerated lead conversion.
    • Facilitate seamless transition of leads to Business Development Director(s).
    • Achieve lead generation weekly and monthly targets.
    • Hone the ability to understand technical concepts and articulate value proposition confidently.
    • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline preferred.
    • Knowledge of the drug development lifecycle and a high-level understanding of clinical services, biometrics, and bioanalytical services & techniques is required.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • A general understanding of bioanalytical techniques is beneficial.
    • Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
    • Proficiency with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
    • Ability to travel 2-3 times a year domestically and internationally, ability to secure a passport if not currently possessed.
