Keystone Automotive Operations of Canada, Inc. is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Inside Sales Representative – Automotive Aftermarket – Bilingual (French/English) to support customers from our Mississauga, ON location. This role is ideal for a sales professional who enjoys consultative service and helping customers find the right solutions.

About the Role

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will support established customers and develop new business through outbound sales, account analysis, product guidance, and responsive service.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct outbound sales calls to established customers and prospect for new business
• Review account activity to identify customer trends and sales opportunities
• Provide incoming phone support for customer service and technical questions
• Recommend products and alternatives and answer questions about parts, pricing, availability, warranties, delivery timing, payment methods, and company services
• Enter and review quotes and orders accurately, including pricing, quantities, shipping information, and supporting documentation
• Maintain current CRM information and communicate shipping dates, delays, and other order updates
• Meet established phone and activity standards and perform other duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For

• Fluency in French and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of related call centre experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and customer database systems
• Strong organization, time management, attention to detail, and ability to work comfortably under pressure
• Professional, tactful customer relationship skills
• Ability to work independently in an on-site setting and collaborate effectively with a team
• Dependable attendance and flexibility to work variable schedules when needed
• Ability to occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds

Preferred Skills

• Automotive aftermarket industry experience
• Prior sales or account management experience
• College coursework or degree
• Experience training or educating customers on products, online tools, or system features
