1 to 3+ years of proven experience in inside sales, tele-sales, or customer service-driven sales roles.
Education: High school diploma required; a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience utilizing CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional active listening, verbal communication, and persuasive objection-handling abilities

Base pay $60,000.00-75,000.00 per annum plus quarterly Bonus Plan. Pay may vary based on skills, expertise, and performance, and is a component of the total rewards package.
