What The Position is About:

• Support the outside sales team by preparing quotes and estimates, reviewing blueprints, entering orders, and communicating directly with customers throughout the sales process
• Provide product, pricing, and technical information to customers
• Work closely with manufacturers and vendors to verify pricing, availability, lead times, and order status
• Coordinate with operations, warehouse, and installation teams to ensure projects are executed accurately and on schedule
• Create and maintain strong relationships with builders, contractors, and customers while providing exceptional customer service
• Troubleshoot product or service issues and resolve customer complaints promptly
• Commit to continuous learning and knowledge of the company’s products and maintain up to date on industry trends and developments that may affect the market

The Right Candidate Will Have:

• Experience in inside sales, sales support, customer service, or project coordination, preferably within the building materials or window & door industry
