Inside Sales Representative – Full-Time, $20/hr + Commission

Location: Orlando, FL (On-site)
Pay: $20/hr + Uncapped Commission (Top performers earn $60k+)

About the Role

American Management Services Inc. is hiring an Inside Sales Representative to make outbound calls, connect with business owners and C-level executives, and schedule high-value appointments. If you’re driven, goal-oriented, and ready to grow your sales career, this is the role for you!

Responsibilities

• Make 150+ outbound calls daily to qualified business leads
• Research prospective customers to understand industry and needs
• Schedule appointments for senior consultants
• Manage and track leads in Salesforce
• Log communications and maintain accurate records

Qualifications

• B2B sales experience preferred
• Comfortable with high-volume calling
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, resilient, and adaptable
• Computer skills and reliable attendance
