POSITION SUMMARY
The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) is responsible for CRM lead management, customer engagement, prospecting, opportunity qualification, quoting, and timely response to customer inquiries for Nondestructive Testing (NDT), Mechanical Integrity, and Reliability Services. The ISR maintains accurate customer and opportunity records within the company CRM, supports revenue growth through proactive business development activities, and serves as a key coordination point between customers and ATS operational teams. This position works closely with Operations, Account Management, Business Development, and service delivery personnel to advance opportunities, communicate customer requirements, and support the successful execution of Inspection services.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Revenue Growth & Opportunity Support: Support year-over-year revenue growth targets as set by ATS Leadership by advancing qualified opportunities and maintaining consistent follow-up with prospects and customers.
- CRM Lead Management: Utilize Microsoft Dynamics CRM to disposition leads and document customer opportunities, including required customer details, quote activity, and periodic customer touch points.
- Pipeline Management & Forecasting: Maintain an accurate CRM pipeline to support forecasting of future company revenues and visibility into active customer opportunities.
- Customer Interface & Quoting: Respond timely to customers seeking NDT, Mechanical Integrity, and Reliability Services; support quoting activity and facilitate clear communication throughout the opportunity lifecycle.
- Sales & Operations Coordination: Work directly with ATS operations to provide voice-of-customer feedback, align on bid responses, and coordinate client scheduling needs.
- Opportunity Advancement: Partner with ATS account managers and business development managers to advance opportunities, schedule site visits, and coordinate job walk downs.
- Prospecting & Market Research: Proactively prospect for new business opportunities across Inspection departments using database tools, social media, and internet research to identify new projects and customers.

QualificationsPosition
Qualifications:
- 2 years of commercial experience
- CRM experience in Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
Desired
Qualifications:
- 2 years of NDT, Mechanical Integrity, or Reliability Services experience
- Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Business, or Finance
- Experience working in pulp & paper, power generation, aerospace, or other industrial end markets
