As an Inside Sales Representative, based in Salto, Brazil, you will play a key role in driving commercial growth by developing and growing our Small and Medium Business (SMB) customer base, strengthening customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities across our portfolio. Working closely with customers and internal stakeholders, you will help deliver exceptional customer experiences while contributing to the continued success of Arxada's business.

Essential Job Functions

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying opportunities to grow business and expand account potential.
• Proactively prospect and engage new customers to generate qualified sales opportunities.
• Manage customer interactions through calls, virtual meetings, and follow-up activities to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Partner closely with field sales, customer service, and technical teams to deliver effective solutions and support customer needs.
• Follow up on commercial opportunities, quotations, samples, and product inquiries to drive successful business outcomes.
• Conduct market research to identify customer, product, and industry trends that support growth strategies.
• Support the execution of commercial plans and initiatives aligned with business objectives.
• Operate in accordance with company policies and procedures, including EHS, Quality, and compliance standards.

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience in sales, account management, customer service, or another commercial environment.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and customer engagement skills.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize activities, manage multiple tasks, and drive results in a dynamic environment.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across functions and teams.
• Proactive, resilient, and adaptable with a strong focus on continuous improvement and problem solving.
• Degree studies in Business, Chemistry, or a related discipline are advantageous.
• Intermediate English proficiency required; additional language skills are considered a plus.
