Job Objective

You will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of Segment C customers, ensuring high responsiveness, accurate quotations, and proactive identification of upselling opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct customer contact for Segment C.
• Manage quotation pipeline for new programs, changes, and resourcing
• Conduct offer tracking and re-negotiation within defined framework.
• Coordinate internal approval process for pricing and contract changes
• Ensure quality of commercial data in Norma System and customer portals.
• Support key customer negotiations and commercial strategy development
• Lead price reviews, target cost alignment, and profitability tracking
• Identify productivity and savings opportunities.
• Prepare SPO documents.
• Manage forecast and budget for Segment C customers.

Required Qualifications

• Engineering or commercial degree with at least 2 years of experience in industrial sales (preferably Automotive/Energy).
• Strong multitasking and teamwork skills.
• Fluency in English; second language preferred.
• Ability to work autonomously and assess commercial impact.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, ERP, CRM, and BI tools.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Sales growth in Segment C accounts.
• Quotation turnaround time.
• Forecast accuracy and budget adherence.
