This is anoffice‑firstrole. Working together in person supports close,real‑timecollaboration and team alignment, enabling us to deliver our best work. You will work primarily in the office, with the flexibility to work remotely for 20% of your time (one day per week).

What you will do:
Plan to ensure achievement of divisional and personal target, aligning with company sales policies and strategies
Develops small accounts and regain inactive accounts
Maintain relationship for responsible accounts through phone call andvisit if necessary
Introduces Lonza products and services
Ensures thatall ISR orders areprocessedsmoothly from beginning to theend in all related systems,ie SAP, SFDC, etc.
Ensures payments by customer
Work with BD team for projects of new business opportunities
Involves internal departments whenrequired
Follow up leads from allthedifferent typesofchannels
Ensuressmooth transition of accounts between ISR& TSM
Ensures total customer satisfaction
Ensures adequate brand image of company
Responsible formaintainingsound EHS working conditions, practicesin your assigned job or area and ensure continuous compliance to
EnsuresLonza EHS Standards and local law requirements.

What we are looking for:
Proven experience in customer service, inside sales, business development, or account management, preferably within the pharmaceutical, nutrition, life sciences, or related industries.
Demonstrated ability to develop new business opportunities, grow existing customer accounts, and re-engage inactive customers while consistently deliveringa high levelof customer satisfaction.
Strong commercial acumen with experience managing orders, supporting sales targets, coordinating customer requirements, and driving account growth across diverse markets.
Working knowledge of import/export processes,logisticscoordination, and end-to-end order management in a customer-facing environment.
Proficiencyin SAP, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and Microsoft Office applications, with the ability to effectively manage customer data, orders, and sales activities.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and engage customers through multiple channels.
Degree, diploma, or equivalent experience in Business, Life Sciences, Supply Chain, orrelatedfield.
