About the Role
LaunchPad is a leading provider of professional home inspections serving multiple markets across the US, helping local homeowners and buyers make confident, informed decisions about one of the biggest purchases of their lives. EverHome is the Launchpad division that steps in right after the inspection, helping new homeowners take care of their homes with confidence.
We're hiring an Inside Sales Representative to join our remote team. If you love the phone, thrive on hitting targets, and want a long-term career with a company that rewards results, this is a great fit.
What You'll Do
Every homeowner you talk to just bought a home through a LaunchPad inspection, so you already know what needs attention before you even pick up the phone. Your job is to follow up after they've moved in, walk them through the maintenance and repair items their inspection uncovered, and connect them with vetted, trusted contractors to get the work done.
- Make outbound calls and send follow-up messages to homeowners who recently completed a Launchpad inspection
- Review each homeowner's inspection findings to understand their most pressing maintenance and repair needs, and open the conversation there
- Connect homeowners with vetted contractors to address the issues surfaced in their inspection
- Guide homeowners through next steps, answer their questions,and remove any friction standing in the way of getting work scheduled
- Follow up consistently and professionally so referrals turn into completed jobs and homeowners feel taken care of the whole way through
- Log every call, referral, and outcome accurately in the CRM
- Attend weekly team meetings and support fellow team members as needed
What We're Looking For
- Excellent, fluent English communication skills, both spoken and written. This is a phone-heavy role talking directly with U.S. homeowners, so clear, natural, confident English is a must.
- 2+ years of B2C phone sales experience with a track record of hitting or beating targets (home services, insurance, retail, real estate, or similar industries)
- High integrity, with a genuine desire to help the customer. You recommend what’s actually right for the homeowner, and you build trust rather than pressure a sale.
- A proven track record of sales success selling to consumers: you've hit and exceeded goals in a B2C environment (home services, insurance, retail, real estate, or similar), not just B2B
- Motivated by commission and energized by clear targets, you want your effort to translate directly into earnings, and you push to hit the number
- Coachable. You take feedback well, apply it fast, and see improvement as part of the job.
- Someone who genuinely enjoys talking to people on the phone and stays warm and confident across a high volume of calls
- Strong organizational skills and follow-through. You can manage a high volume of conversations without letting anyone slip through the cracks.
- Comfortable using a CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and dialer/sales-engagement tools
Requirements
- 2+ years of B2C phone sales experience with documented results
- CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and comfort with dialer/sales-engagement software
- Fluent, professional-level English (spoken and written)
- Availability to work U.S. business hours
- Reliable, high-speed internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free work environment
- Experience working on a remote, distributed team
