Inside Sales Representative

There is an opening at our Corporate Headquarters for an Inside Sales Representative. We are looking for an individual ready to join our fast-paced and innovative team. Excelling in this role lays the foundation for future growth.

Responsible for managing customer accounts and making independent decisions that impact order fulfillment, inventory allocation, and customer strategy. This role requires the use of judgment and discretion to evaluate business needs and determine appropriate actions.

Responsibilities

• Build a strong understanding of customer’s territory and manage a portfolio of customer accounts, determining service approach, prioritization, and communication strategy to meet customer’s needs and expectations
• Analyze order demand, customer requirements, and operational constraints to recommend solutions impacting production planning, inventory allocation, freight costs and timelines
• Independently resolve complex or escalated customer issues by evaluating options and selecting appropriate business actions
• Collaborate with manufacturing, logistics, and management to address operational challenges and improve outcomes for both CPF and the customer
• Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements to workflow, communication, and order execution
• Interpret customer, order, and operational data to support decision making and provide insights to leadership

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Demonstrated ability to exercise independent judgment and make decisions affecting business operations
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills
