What you will be doing
Inside Sales Representative is responsible of achieving customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives through the sourcing of new sales opportunity, qualifying prospects and closing sales. The Inside Sales Representative should be able to build a high-performance portfolio and ensure customer satisfaction and company objectives.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow up and outbound cold calls and emails
Manage and develop existing portfolio
Perform under a quick sales environment (phone calls – emails)
Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
Maintain and expand our database of prospects within the assigned territory
Manage accounts, prospects, calls and activity in Salesforce.com
Route qualified opportunities to sales executives for further development and closure when appropriate
Staying informed about competing products and services
Closing sales and achieving sales targets
Suggest and implement improvements in the sales administration process
Requirements
Advanced level in English - Spanish (Portuguese is a plus)
Strong listening and communication skills, rapport building skills
Strong phone presence and experience dialing several calls per day.
Discipline and time management
Experience working with a CRM, preferably Salesforce.com
Professional and confident presentation skills
Proven work experience as an Inside Sale Representative
Ability to achieve targets
Level of higher education is preferred (in international business, Transport, Sales or equivalent would be an advantage)

Daily Shuttles in place from/to Av. de America – Madrid to the office in Coslada
