Wagner is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our team and help drive growth by providing exceptional customer service, developing new business, and supporting customers throughout the sales process.

What You'll Do

As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll serve as a trusted resource for customers while supporting sales growth across your assigned territory.

You'll:

  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
  • Prepare quotes and provide pricing, lead times, and product recommendations
  • Follow up on quotes, leads, and customer inquiries to generate new business
  • Prospect for new opportunities and identify projects within your territory
  • Coordinate with Estimating, Customer Service, Engineering, and Outside Sales to deliver an exceptional customer experience
  • Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate records within our ERP and CRM systems
  • Respond to incoming calls, emails, and bid opportunities
  • Help achieve sales, margin, and customer satisfaction goals

Requirements

What We're Looking For

  • 1-3 years of inside sales, customer service, account management, or business development experience
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated with a customer-first mindset
  • Organized and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Comfortable learning technical products and manufacturing processes
  • Experience using Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP systems preferred
  • Manufacturing or construction industry experience is a plus.
