INSIDE SALES REPRESNTATIVE


As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and providing exceptional customer support. You will be responsible for managing inbound calls, texts, and emails, ensuring the sales process is seamless, and working closely with technicians and general managers to schedule services. This is a great opportunity for someone who is self-motivated, customer-focused, and eager to make a difference in a growing company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take inbound calls, texts, and emails from customers to identify their needs and provide appropriate auto glass solutions.
  • Identify and order the correct auto glass parts based on customer requirements.
  • Identify and schedule accurate calibrations when necessary for vehicle safety systems.
  • Collaborate with technicians and general managers to schedule appointments and ensure timely service delivery.
  • Provide customers with accurate quotes and information regarding services and pricing.
  • Track sales progress and work towards individual and team sales goals.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s products, services, and industry standards.
  • Ensure all customer data is accurately entered and tracked in the CRM system.
  • Handle customer concerns and inquiries in a professional and timely manner, resolving issues as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Previous sales or customer service experience (preferably in a call center, automotive, or related industry).
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for helping customers.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Basic knowledge of auto glass products and services is a plus but not required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Spanish-speaking is a huge plus!
