We are looking for HUNGRY, HUMBLE, and SMART Sales Representative!
The Inside Sales will proactively contact potential and existing customers to promote, explain, and sell home services and membership programs. This role focuses on building rapport quickly, uncovering needs, presenting value clearly, and closing sales over the phone.
Perform high volume phone outreach to actively promote and sell company membership plan to customers.
Responding to incoming calls for service with a positive attitude, a smile in your voice and a "yes, I can" mentality to help the caller.
Responding to online inquiries and voicemails utilizing strong interpersonal skills
Assisting customers in scheduling service, promoting preventative maintenance programs, and answering any questions about our services.
Keeping records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, comments, as well as actions taken. Utilizing basic software without errors.
Education – High School Diploma or GED preferred, not required.
