In this role, you won't just be selling products; you’ll be designing and implementing sales plans to meet ambitious goals while representing a company known for its high ethical and cultural standards.

What You Bring

  • Industry Expertise: A solid understanding of the construction industry, competitor products, and Durabuilt operations.
  • Sales Acumen: Proven core selling and prospecting skills with the ability to create strong value propositions for diverse customers.
  • Technical Proficiency: Intermediate computer literacy and the ability to perform complex calculations involving fractions and percentages.
