What You Will Do

In this role, you will combine technical understanding, customer interaction, and sales support within our Fire Suppression Products business. You will be the first technical contact for customers, learning how engineered fire protection solutions are specified, quoted, and sold across Europe.

How You Will Do It

• Create technical quotations for Engineered and Foam Fire Suppression systems, including basic engineering calculations
• Review customer requirements and drawings to choose the right product configuration
• Help customers find the most suitable fire suppression solution for their application
• Enter and manage quotations and sales orders in SAP and related systems
• Work closely with colleagues to move orders forward smoothly from quotation to order
• Answer customer questions, including technical ones, and ask for expert support when topics become complex
• Support European customer projects, including special hazardous applications

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or similar)
• Engineering mindset – comfortable discussing technical solutions with engineers
• Ability to understand technical documentation, drawings, and system concepts
• Strong communication skills; confident speaking with customers and technical teams
• Fluent Hungarian (native level)
• Very good English – spoken and written

Advantage

• Familiarity with AutoCAD or similar tools
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Salesforce or similar)
• Previous experience in sales support, customer support, or a technical role
• Interest in developing toward external sales or technical sales in the future
