About the Role:Join Generator Supercenter of East Orlando as an Inside Sales Representative, where you will play a pivotal role in connecting customers with top-quality generator solutions. Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential customers via phone and email to understand their generator needs.
• Provide product information and assist customers in selecting the right generator for their applications.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Utilize CRM software to track leads and manage customer interactions effectively.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products to provide informed recommendations.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in inside sales or a related field, preferably in the home improvement or energy sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
• Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma required; a degree in business or related field is a plus.
• Motivated and driven to meet sales goals and contribute to team success.
• Willingness to learn about generator products and industry standards.

Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
