Bring your energy to Aggreko as InsideSales Representative based in Riyadh
You will drive revenue growth through high-velocity new business development (60%) and repeat business (40%); close transactional sales from incoming calls (20-40% order rate depending on level); convert marketing leads into sales; make outbound calls for opportunity progression; ensure appropriate pricing; maintain accurate CRM data and short-term forecasts.
What you’ll do as InsideSales Representative
Qualify inbound leads and convert marketing leads into sales through consultative phone-based selling
Conduct proactive outbound calling to existing customers and prospects for new business development
Achieve individual revenue targets through balanced approach of inbound conversion and outbound prospecting
Maintain accurate CRM records and provide reliable short-term sales forecasts
Build and maintain customer relationships through systematic follow-up processes
Collaborate with field sales teams on lead handoffs and account coordination
You are:
Previous sales, customer service, or customer-facing experience (2+ years) with ability to build rapport and handle objections
Experience in phone-based or remote communication environments with comfort in verbal interactions
Basic experience with CRM systems or systematic record-keeping approaches
History of meeting targets or performance standards in previous roles
Willingness to learn outbound cold calling techniques and embrace proactive prospecting approach
