About the role
- Prospect and engage leads through inbound follow-up and targeted outbound email outreach, ensuring timely and professional communication with prospective clients.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads by identifying key decision makers, understanding business needs, and determining alignment with company services.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of the Data Insight Platform and related services, tailoring messaging to meet the specific requirements of prospective clients.
- Support pipeline development by maintaining consistent engagement with leads and ensuring proper routing of qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales team members.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM software, ensuring visibility into pipeline activity and lead status.
- Collaborate with marketing and outbound functions to support lead engagement efforts and ensure seamless follow-up on campaign-generated inquiries.
- Provide feedback to marketing and product development teams on customer preferences, messaging effectiveness, and market trends.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors’ offerings to enhance prospect engagement and qualification efforts.
- Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and workshops to continually enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
What we need from you
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sustainability, or a related field.
- Proven work experience in inside sales, sales development, lead generation, or a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong focus on professional email outreach and client engagement.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships with prospective clients.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in using digital communication tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail in tracking and managing lead activity.
- Knowledge of sales techniques and methodologies, with a focus on consultative engagement and lead qualification.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn about new products, services, and industry developments
