Job Description

The Inside Sales Representative will support the Sales Team by managing customer relationships, assisting with quotes, maintaining sales pipelines, and ensuring seamless communication between customers and internal teams. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, quick learning skills, and a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities in the electronic components industry.

The Inside Sales Representative will collaborate closely with Sales Representatives to achieve sales monthly targets, expand the customer mapping and connections, and ensure customers receive the highest level of service while also helping to optimize sales operations.

This role is based in a vibrant and modern neighborhood of Guadalajara, Mexico.

Essential Function

  • Collaborate with a Sales Representative to expand and maintain a strong customer portfolio.
  • Identify and map potential new customers within the region to drive business growth.
  • Manage general quoting activities and data entry tasks within the CRM system.
  • Develop and oversee a sales pipeline, targeting both new and existing customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and procurement teams.
  • Provide exceptional customer support, addressing inquiries and offering product guidance.
  • Contribute to achieving sales targets by developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging products to identify new opportunities.

Requirements

Education/Experience

  • High School or GED equivalent, Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • At least 4 years of education and work experience (preferably in the electronic components/computer parts industry)
  • Intermediate level in Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
