Inside Sales Representative

We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative ( ISR).
Responsibilities:
Identifies and targets high-potential leads and prospects through research, industry knowledge, and market insights; develops a strategic approach to reach out to key decision-makers.
Cultivates strong and lasting relationships with prospects by understanding their businesses, needs, and pain points; acts as a trusted advisor throughout the sales journey.
Utilizes advanced sales techniques, such as consultative selling, solution selling, and value-based selling, to effectively communicate the value of products or services and align them with prospects' needs.
Manages the entire sales process for more intricate deals, which may involve multiple stakeholders, longer decision-making timelines, and customized solutions.
Leads negotiations, contract discussions, and pricing conversations with prospects, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements are reached.
Mentors and provides guidance to junior members of the sales team. Share best practices, insights, and strategies to enhance the team's overall performance.
Collaborates closely with marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure alignment in messaging, solutions, and customer experience.
Provides accurate and data-driven sales forecasts based on a deep understanding of pipeline opportunities and historical performance.
Utilizes advanced sales tools, CRM systems, and sales automation technologies to streamline processes, track interactions, and optimize sales efficiency.
Stays informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market shifts to position the organization effectively and anticipate customer needs.
Education and Experience Required
High School Diploma/General Education Diploma (GED)/Higher Secondary education or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
Typically has 8+ years of related work experience, preferably in inside sales or tele sales, or a related field.
