Mustang Cat is hiring a Rental Inside Sales Representative at our Houston, TX, branch to support customers across the construction, industrial, and infrastructure industries. In this role, you’ll help customers identify the right heavy equipment rental solutions while managing orders from inquiry to invoice.

•️ What You’ll Do as a Rental Inside Sales Representative:
As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll serve as the go-to rental expert at the Houston branch—supporting walk-in and phone-in customers, coordinating with field sales, and overseeing dispatch and billing. Responsibilities include:
• Serve as the primary customer contact at the Angleton branch
• Assist customers in selecting the right construction equipment for rental
• Support Outside Sales Representatives in processing and completing rental orders
• Dispatch haul trucks for equipment delivery and pick-up
• Ensure accurate order fulfillment using internal rental software
• Provide excellent service and timely communication to all customers

• Requirements:
• College degree in Business, Management, Technical, or related field
(Equivalent work experience will be considered)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Mechanical aptitude or familiarity with construction equipment
✅ Strongly Preferred Experience:
• Bilingual – English/Spanish
• Knowledge of CAT equipment
• Understanding of equipment rental applications in industrial and commercial settings
