The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for delivering the Talbert Difference to customers from the front counter. Interactions with customers will be face-to-face, over the phone, and through email. There will be interruptions throughout the day to service customers, work with vendors, and support the team through these different mediums. The position is responsible for selling an appropriate sales volume and product mix while optimizing gross margins to achieve personal and company goals.
