About the Role

We're looking for a motivated and curious Inside Sales Representative to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will help drive top-of-funnel activity, identify and qualify potential customers, and contribute to building a high-quality sales pipeline. This is an exciting opportunity to break into tech sales, gain industry knowledge, and grow into a full-cycle sales or account executive role.

You’re an ambitious and early-career sales professional looking to advance and accelerate your career in sales. We’re looking to support you to develop from your career in under two years to become an Individual Contributor carrying Quota.

The way we do this is to set clear Milestones and Timeframes in which we will have a career path trajectory whereby you can develop yourself to an account manager in 18 to 24 months.

Responsibilities as a Junior Sales Representative

  • Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, and social media to generate new leads

  • Qualify prospects based on business needs, budget, and decision-making authority

  • Schedule discovery meetings for Account Executives with high-potential leads

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM (e.g. MS Dynamics)

  • Research target accounts and identify key stakeholders

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align outreach with campaigns

  • Attend product and sales training sessions to deepen technical and industry knowledge

  • Participate in regular coaching, pipeline reviews, and team meetings

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

You will be measured against targets set per different categories of KPI’s like:

  • Outbound Calls and Emails Sent per week

  • Number of Meetings Booked per month

  • Number of Qualified Opportunities Created per month

  • Pipeline Revenue Creation per month

Requirements

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of sales experience, or a Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, IT, or related field) with relevant sales experience, or equivalent professional experience.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, and Dutch is a plus.

  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a desire to grow in tech sales

  • Basic understanding of IT/software concepts (iPaaS, cloud, Integration Modernization)

  • Comfortable making cold calls and handling objections

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics (CRM systems), LinkedIn Salesnavigator

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Previous experience in IT sales, or customer service

  • Knowledge of B2B sales methodology (e.g., SPIN, MEDDIC, BANT)

  • Understanding of industry trends and drivers
