Koch Air, LLC has been focused on the distribution of quality Carrier residential and commercial products since 1936, and is among the oldest and largest Carrier distributors. Today, Koch Air, has eleven branch locations, 35 delivery vehicles, and more than 300,000 square feet of equipment and parts warehousing throughout the Midwest.

Koch Air is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to successfully meet our customers’ parts, supplies, and equipment needs!

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Provide excellent customer service and professional interaction via all forms of communication.
2. Review and process orders from customers and sales teams.
3. Provide accurate quotations for parts, supplies, residential and light commercial equipment.
4. Provide quotation maintenance and price study support.
5. Provide general customer inquiry support for order entry, pricing, and marketing.
6. Work with all internal teams to ensure customers’ orders are processed timely and accurately.
7. Provide primary support for parts, supplies, residential and light commercial products to TMs and other sales teams as needed.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
1. High School degree or equivalent
2. Ability to use PC and Microsoft Office suite.
3. HVAC knowledge a plus!
