
F ast-growing, science-backed healthcare products company is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support the continued growth of its flagship product, Candidates must have 3+ years of stable Inside sales or account management experience.A background selling to physicians, practitioners, or wellness industry business owners is ideal. Any experience in CPG, consumables, disposables, or healthcare-adjacent industries is a plus Candidates must be comfortable in a high-accountability, entrepreneurial environment with minimal layers of management and a strong emphasis on follow-up, relationship-building, and execution. This is not a transactional or scripted sales role. Success comes from consistency, credibility, and the ability to build trust with doctors and owners over multiple interactions. This is a 100% in-office position based in central New Jersey. Remote or hybrid arrangements are not available. They offer a base salary plus performance incentives, with a base range of $60K to $70K and target first-year total compensation of $85K to $110K, including bonus potential and equity participation.
