Inside Sales Representative
Act as liaison for existing and potential buyers of our products and services.
Work environment:
Office environment; occasional time spent in the production facilities, with occasional nights, weekends and travel.
Primary Duties:
• Expected to follow all safety rules and policies and work in a manner that protects themselves and other stakeholders from hazards and injuries.
• Review finished goods/provide open order reports/order status to customers
• Provide all necessary forms.
• Initiate contract review for new business.
• Maintain records and provide reports as required.
• Summarize standard capabilities and lead times for customers
• Convey customer needs to remainder of organization.
• Provide metal value firming calculation and the development of corresponding agreements.
• Oversee individual customer program activities.
• Provide pricing, reviewing of orders, and handling customer complaints.
• Any other duties as assigned.
