SALARY:Base Salary for this role is $47,100annually.
VARIABLE COMPENSATION:
Variable Compensation at Target:This role is eligible for an annual variable compensation target of $14,500, paid on a quarterly basis,pursuant tothe Field Sales Variable Compensation Plan.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Conductapproximately 40-50outbound calls daily to accounts across Canada
Developing relationships with clients, conduct introductions to licensees and offer selling and promotional tools to support new customers
Excellent organization and time management skills
Order and fulfill promotional sales obligationsutilizinga web tool
Identifyingsales gaps and business opportunities to increase sales volume and share
Conducting monthly and weekly routine reporting to the national sales team
Updating and analyzing sales reports and presentations
Sell and up-sell to meet and exceed sales targets
Be an ambassador of our brands and develop strong overall beer knowledge
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
University Degree in Business or related field preferred
Previoussales experience an asset
PreviousCustomer Service Experience
PreviousAnalytical experience
English (spoken/written)
Asset if fluent in Punjabi, and or Mandarin (written/spoken)
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel
