Job Title: Inside Sales Representative
Location: Remote; Illinois, Utah, or Florida, United States
Current schedule times: Monday & Wednesday 12 pm – 8 pm MST, Tuesday, Thursday, & Friday 9 - 5 PM MST. Every third Saturday with a comp day when taken. (subject to change)

Elase is hiring anInside Sales Representative. This candidateis a passionate supporter of Elase Med Spa customers and operations. As an integral force in driving sales by promoting and selling Elase offerings and services, they have an elevated level of integrity, are relentless about achieving sales targets, and embody a customer-centric attitude. In this role, the ISR will be responsible for inbound customer communication, strategic outbound communication, driving appointments to our med spas, selling memberships and packages, and generating enthusiasm with our customers for all our offerings. This is a remote position. This position reports to the Director of Sales.
Education and Experience
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2+ years in a comparable sales position required.
- Proven record of accomplishment for achieving sales targets and KPIs.
- Experience in the aesthetics or beauty industry preferred.

- Ability to multi-task and have strong decision-making skills.
- Fluent in computer and phone skills; technical knowledge of various software and applications (MS Office Suite, HubSpot, Zenoti etc.)
- Ability to comfortably learn new technologies quickly.
- Genuine interest in the aesthetics industry.
- Passion for empowering and connecting with clients.
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and develop customer-centric solutions.
- Excellent written, verbal, and active listening skills; ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Drive sales to achieve monthly targets based on company metrics and key performance indicators.
- Manage the full sales cycle for all inbound leads including initial contact, appointment scheduling, and applicable targeted campaigns.
- Initiate and strategically engage outbound SMS campaigns to reengage customers.
- Initiate the sales process by responding to all inbound leads and scheduling appointments.
- Conduct any initial consultations with a strong understanding of our services.
- Overcome customer objections with an expert knowledge base of products, services, and potential customer obstacles.
- Close sales (book appointments) by building a strong rapport.
- Expertly manage our CRM (HubSpot) to ensure all appointments and follow-ups are accurately documented and customers have received the appropriate follow-up.
- Decrease appointment cancellation and ensure all cancellations are messaged regarding rebooking.
- Manage follow-up process by reaching out to potential customers who have expressed interest in our services.
- Maintain relationships with all current and previous customers.
- Manage the appropriate follow-up with both the in-personal spa team and the customer to ensure a wonderful experience leading up to and through the process.
- Maintain and develop a customer pipeline and regularly follow up with prospective customers who did not move forward with their initial consultation.
- Support with any in-market events by targeting specific customers, assisting the marketing team with outreach, and providing day-off support.
- Regularly provide cross-functional feedback to sales, marketing and executives regarding customer sentiment and promotional opportunities.
- Demonstrate ethical sales and reporting practices and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
Additional Details
- Must be able to work in a stationary position 75-100% of the time.
- Environment must be conducive to taking client phone calls, minimal background noise, and have reliable internet access.
- This position is fully remote and must be located in a state in which we currently operate (Idaho, Utah, Florida, Illinois).
- Full time, exempt, minimum of 40 hours per week - Evenings & Weekends may be required.
- Travel requirements: Some travel to Med Spa locations to observe and/or deploy projects. Participation in vendor conferences may be included. Travel would be less than or equal to 10% of the time and will primarily be in the greater Salt Lake City or Tampa, FL area.
- $50,000 Salary + commission based on sales (upwards of $25k in potential). Bonus/Commission KPI’s subject to change.
