ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build and maintain an inherited account base

• Build account base through proactive calling based on leads

• Cold call accounts to try to gain business

• Proactively call on quarterly promotional campaigns

• Cover open territories left vacant by an Outside rep

• Build account bases in revenue

• Maintain a healthy margin defined by KPI’s

EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & ABILITIES

• Strong commercial background and understands retail strategies to drive growth

• Organization and planning skills; Ability to prioritize and work independently

• Strong communicator

• Able to communicate/teach basic financial principles/concepts

• Well organized

• Industrial and Manufacturing experience
