Inside Sales Representative (ISR)

The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) at Everfox plays a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding customer relationships across the federal market. This role is responsible for managing the full remote sales cycle, converting qualified leads into customers, and supporting the growth and retention of Everfox’s installed customer base.
The ISR role focuses 75% on account management and customer expansion and 25% on prospecting and top-of-funnel lead generation. The ISR collaborates closely with Everfox Account Executives (AEs), Sales Engineers, Channel Partners, and internal teams to drive successful outcomes across the sales process.
Success in this role is measured through revenue generation, deal close rates, pipeline development, and customer retention.
At Everfox, ISRs are closers who manage opportunities end-to-end, taking qualified leads often generated by marketing or business development—and converting them into paying customers while strengthening long-term customer relationships.

Everfox is seeking a results driven Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to support our Federal Sales team. This role is responsible for managing the remote sales cycle, converting qualified leads into customers, and expanding relationships within the Everfox customer base.

A reasonable estimate of the on-target earnings ("OTE") for this role is between:
$98,800.00-144,600.00 USD
The actual OTE offered may vary within the range based on a candidates' unique experience, locale, and business needs. In addition to the OTE, Everfox offers a generous benefits package including flexible PTO, a 401k match, and contribution to healthcare coverages. Our talent acquisition team will provide specific information regarding OTE and benefits offerings.
