This role sits at the core of a fast-moving digital sales organization, where you will directly support U.S.-based Account Executives by managing high-volume operational and pre-sales activities. You will play a key role in ensuring the efficiency of the sales pipeline by handling lead qualification, campaign setup, and early-stage proposal support. The position requires strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, performance-driven environment. You will also contribute to campaign execution and reporting, helping teams optimize performance and drive revenue growth. Working closely with global stakeholders, you will ensure smooth coordination across tools, data systems, and workflows. Accountabilities:

  • Perform high-volume lead vetting and qualification to assess budget fit, partnership potential, and campaign alignment.
  • Support Account Executives by drafting basic RFP responses and preparing sales materials to advance prospects through the pipeline.
  • Assist in the setup and execution of affiliate marketing campaigns, including tracking links, creative assets, and placements.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics and generate regular reports to support optimization and decision-making.
  • Provide operational and administrative support to the sales team, ensuring smooth execution of day-to-day activities.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records in tools such as Salesforce and Asana to ensure pipeline visibility and data integrity.
  • Collaborate with global teams to ensure timely coordination and execution of sales and campaign activities.
  • Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency across sales operations workflows.
  • Requirements:

    • 1–2 years of experience in Sales Operations, Inside Sales, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data handling, sorting, and basic formulas.
    • Familiarity with Salesforce or affiliate marketing platforms such as Impact, CJ, or Rakuten is a plus.
    • Experience or interest in digital marketing or affiliate marketing ecosystems is highly desirable.
    • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
    • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
    • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
    • Ability to work effectively with international teams, particularly U.S.-based stakeholders.
    • Familiarity with AI-assisted tools and workflows is considered an advantage.
