Responsibilities

Team Lead - the ultimate player-coach, and the launchpad to a career as a sales manager.

Our Inside Sales Team Lead is responsible for supporting, coaching, and developing our Inside Sales Representatives to become best in class facilitators of TeamViewer’s products and related services to new and existing customers. You’ll act as the voice of the customer within your team and leverage your knowledge to drive sales tactics and initiatives.

  • Assist in managing your team to deliver tactical execution, coaching and collaborative initiatives to deliver the team's target. (60%)

  • Ensure you’re effectively managing your own pipeline and delivering against your individual target. (40%)

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of your markets, current campaigns, targets, and actual sales figures.

  • Ensure effective knowledge sharing within the team, continually striving to enhance the level of customer experience and maximise opportunities.

  • Serve as the initial escalation point for particularly challenging cases.

  • Oversee market goals by managing the team based on KPIs, evaluating market performance data, and regularly reporting insights, including market trends, external factors, and strategy recommendations to your manager.

  • Collaborate closely with Sales Operations, Marketing, and your manager to plan and execute campaigns and sales tactics that align with market goals.

  • Engage the team in regular one-on-one meetings and team discussions on current topics to ensure team engagement and skill development.

  • Offer continuous support to team members, providing constructive feedback to identify their potential and outline necessary future actions.

Requirement
  • Proven success in a sales role (ideally 4 – 5 years) within an Inside Sales environment.

  • Strong understanding of sales processes and KPI management.

  • Developing communication and leadership skills.

  • Ability to analyse market data and provide strategic recommendations.

  • Knowledge of industry-specific market trends and dynamics.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

  • Excellent knowledge of CRM and sales management tools.
