Job Description

You will act as the central interface between Sales, customers, and Credit & Portfolio Management.

Your role is to ensure that sales opportunities are successfully converted into the right financing solutions – efficiently, structured, and customer-focused.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting and advising dealers in daily business operations

• Assisting with dealer onboarding onto our leasing platform and POS tool

• Calculating and preparing financing offers

• Explaining our leasing and financing products to dealers and customers

• Reviewing and compiling application documentation

• Supporting trade fairs and sales campaigns

• Contributing to the development and expansion of our financing platform

You will not be joining a fully established system – you will help build it.

• Commercial training or equivalent qualification

• 3–5 years of experience in inside sales, leasing, or the construction equipment industry

• Knowledge of leasing, hire purchase, or financing products

• Fluent German, good English is an advantage

• Structured working style, initiative, and willingness to take responsibility

• Confident appearance and strong customer orientation

Nice to have: Experience in dealer financing, vendor finance structures, or leasing program administration.
