Betreuung eines festen KMU-Bestandskundenportfolios im Innendienst, Ausbau bestehender Kundenbeziehungen sowie
Neukundengewinnung über warme und vorqualifizierte Leads
Ob telefonisch, schriftlich oder via Videokonferenz – Du repräsentierst unser Unternehmen
Cross- und Upselling-Potenziale erkennst Du frühzeitig und berätst Deine Kunden zu passenden Produkten und Services
Die Umsatz- und Absatzentwicklung Deines Kundenstamms
behältst Du im Blick und leitest daraus geeignete Maßnahmen ab
Von der Angebotserstellung bis zum Vertragsabschluss - Du
steuerst den Prozess eigenverantwortlich
Dein Profil:
Du hast Deine kaufmännische Ausbildung erfolgreich
abgeschlossen, vorzugsweise im Automobilbereich
Du bringst mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst mit
Ob MS Office, Notes oder Salesforce – Du nutzt gängige Tools
effizient und beherrschst digitale Prozesse sicher
Mit Deiner dynamischen Vertriebspersönlichkeit und Energie überzeugst Du
Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind für diese Position unerlässlich
