Role Purpose & Impact
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Manager to generate and qualify new business opportunities that fuel our growth. In this role, you will engage prospective customers across multiple channels, identify their business challenges, and build strong relationships that create demand for Queue-it's solutions. By partnering closely with the wider sales organization, you will play a key role in developing a healthy pipeline and accelerating revenue growth.
Responsibilities
Generate qualified new business opportunities through outbound prospecting across email, phone, and social channels.
Follow up on digital demand-generation activities and engage prospective customers in a timely and relevant manner.
Research target accounts and identify key stakeholders, business challenges, and buying signals.
Qualify and nurture leads in line with Queue-it's Ideal Customer Profile.
Partner with business managers to support account targeting and opportunity development.
Build trusted relationships with prospective customers while representing Queue-it's mission and values.
Maintain accurate CRM records of customer interactions, sales activities, and qualification details.
Ensure smooth handover of qualified opportunities to the wider sales organization.
Your Experience and Skills
Experience:
Experience in inside sales, sales development, business development, or a related commercial role.
Experience generating new business opportunities through outbound prospecting.
Experience using CRM systems to manage leads and sales activities.
Skills:
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to engage prospects effectively across email, phone, and social channels.
Strong research and qualification skills, including identifying decision-makers and assessing buying readiness.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Analytical mindset with the ability to manage and prioritize opportunities effectively.
Collaborative approach and ability to work closely with sales stakeholders.

Base salary: $50,000–$60,000 annually
Variable compensation: This role is eligible for performance-based incentive compensation, with target total annual compensation of approximately $75,000–$85,000 depending on performance with no cap
Work Model: Hybrid – 3 days in office, 2 days work from home.
