We are looking for a highly energetic and target-oriented Inside Sales Manager who can drive dealer
onboarding and consumer sales through phone calls, WhatsApp, CRM follow-ups, and virtual
consultations. The candidate will be responsible for converting leads into active dealers and customers
while ensuring excellent customer experience and sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
Dealer Onboarding
•
Identify and onboard new solar dealers, distributors, and channel partners across India.
•
Explain Loom Solar product portfolio, dealership benefits, pricing, and margins.
•
Conduct telephonic and video-based dealer meetings and product presentations.
•
Coordinate dealer documentation, KYC, agreement, and account activation.
•
Maintain regular engagement with inactive and potential dealers.
Consumer Sales
•
Handle inbound leads from website, digital campaigns, WhatsApp, and call center.
•
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solar solutions.
•
Convert inquiries into confirmed orders and installations.
•
Coordinate with operations and service teams for smooth customer experience.
Sales Management
•
Achieve monthly dealer onboarding and sales targets.
•
Maintain accurate lead and sales data in CRM.
•
Track conversion ratio, follow-up efficiency, and revenue performance.
•
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Team Coordination
•
Work closely with marketing, logistics, finance, and service departments.
•
Support campaigns, product launches, and seasonal promotions.
•
Train junior inside sales executives on product knowledge and sales scripts.
Required Skills
•
Strong communication and convincing skills in Hindi and English.
•
Experience in telecalling, inside sales, or channel sales.
•
Good knowledge of CRM tools, Excel, and WhatsApp business communication.
•
Ability to handle sales objections and close deals.
•
Understanding of solar products is preferred.
Qualification & Experience
•
Graduate / MBA preferred.
•
3–7 years of experience in inside sales, dealer development, or telesales.
•
Experience in solar, electrical, inverter, battery, or consumer durable industry preferred.
