As the Inside Sales Representative, you will be the driving force behind Lesaffre's profitable growth across a dynamic portfolio of transactional and mid-tier accounts. Leveraging your exceptional customer engagement skills, you will proactively reach out to clients, uncover new opportunities, and strengthen relationships to expand our footprint. Operating with a nimble, solutions-oriented approach, you will partner closely with cross-functional teams to deliver an unparalleled customer experience and exceed your ambitious sales goals. By managing a diverse account base, developing strategic account plans, and identifying lucrative cross-sell and upsell prospects, you will play a pivotal role in executing Lesaffre's commercial strategy. Your ability to provide expert product knowledge, support new product launches, and coordinate seamless customer support will accelerate adoption and cement our position as an industry leader.
