About the role

As an Inside Sales Manager at Corporate Traveller, you’ll play a key role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, developing strong client relationships, and showcasing the value of our market‑leading travel solutions. You’ll be responsible for generating new corporate accounts, converting leads into tangible revenue, and ensuring a smooth transition into our operations team.

Your work will be a blend of outreach, relationship-building, and strategic sales activity- including cold calling, networking, client meetings, and presenting our online booking tools. You’ll run your own sales portfolio with full autonomy, supported by a collaborative team and a manager who sets clear performance goals while giving you room to shine.

Day to day, you’ll be:

  • Growing Corporate Traveller’s client base through proactive lead generation.
  • Building relationships with senior decision-makers across a wide range of industries.
  • Converting appointments into profitable, long-term partnerships.
  • Representing Corporate Traveller at client meetings, events, and networking opportunities.
  • Acting as a role model within the team by consistently achieving targets, KPIs, and sales activity goals.
  • Ensuring accurate follow‑up, CRM updates, and seamless client handovers into operations.

About you

You’ll be someone who combines sales drive with relationship‑building finesse. You bring strong initiative, confidence in your communication style, and the ability to quickly understand a client’s needs—and respond with compelling solutions.

Flight Centre Travel Group (FCTG) is one of the world’s largest travel companies, employing 15,000 like-minded individuals – known as ‘Flighties’.

Our story dates to 1973, when founder Graham Turner (aka “Skroo") and friend Geoff “Spy” Lomas buy a double-decker bus and take off on their first tour around Spain, Portugal and Morrocco, 3 years later forming the first business, Top Deck.
