Inside Sales Manager

As part of its growth, Arrow ECS is strengthening its teams and is looking for an Inside Sales Manager with German.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and support a team of Inside Sales Representatives focused on renewals, upsell, and churn prevention.

  • Drive daily and weekly execution through huddles, performance tracking, and structured follow-up on renewal opportunities.

  • Coach team members, provide ongoing feedback, and manage escalations to ensure target achievement.

  • Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and customer excellence while maintaining strong team morale.

  • Ensure consistent execution of the renewal process starting 120 days prior to contract expiration.

  • Monitor pipeline health, renewal timelines, outreach cadence, and KPI performance (renewal rate, churn, pipeline coverage).

  • Identify risks or gaps and escalate appropriately to the senior Inside Sales Manager.

  • Conduct regular performance reviews and contribute to individual development plans.

  • Ensure CRM accuracy, adherence to sales processes, and proper opportunity tracking.

  • Share insights, trends, and field feedback with management.

  • Train and onboard new hires on tools, processes, and messaging.

  • Reinforce playbooks, renewal sequences, and partner engagement frameworks.

  • Support the execution of renewal, churn-reduction, and upsell campaigns and track results.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience as a Senior Inside Sales Representative, Team Leader, or similar role in tech/SaaS.

  • Strong knowledge of subscription-based models, renewal cycles, and customer retention.

  • Experience in partner-led or channel-driven sales environments.

  • Strong coaching, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills.

  • Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce or equivalent).

  • Fluent in English and German.
