Inside Sales Japan

Location: Yokohama, Japan

Reporting To: General Manager - Sales & Engineering Support

Core Responsibilities

• Input of sales quotations, customer orders and purchase orders into the CRM system
• Follow-up quotations via phone and e-mail
• Market research and follow up on marketing campaign responses
• Communicate regularly with the UK headquarters
• Contact prospective customers via phone and e-mail to present products and explain features
• Qualify Buyers to ensure the product fits the customer's needs and budget
• Answer questions, negotiate prices, and complete sales transactions
• Track all customer interactions and sales progress in CRM software

What are we looking for?

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business or marketing preferred
• 2 to 4 years of experience in sales or customer service
• Strong phone, listening, and written communication skills
• Basic computer skills and ability to use CRM software
• Japanese native with fluency in English

• Basic knowledge in Japanese Labor law
• Basic knowledge in Accounting
• Basic technical understanding, ideally in the Automotive and Testing industry
