Job Summary
The Inside Sales Engineer plays a central role in our sales organization as the link between customers, sales, and technical teams. You will combine commercial insight with technical understanding to identify customer needs, develop tailored solutions, and actively contribute to closing deals and driving revenue growth
Sales & Customer Engagement
• Identify and qualify new business opportunities
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and challenges
• Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals
• Support the sales team in achieving targets and closing deals
Technical Sales Support
• Translate customer requirements into suitable ICT solutions
• Provide clear and compelling product and solution advice
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of IT products, services, and trends
Sales Process & Pipeline Management
• Manage leads and opportunities throughout the sales cycle
• Maintain accurate data in CRM systems
• Monitor pipeline and proactively follow up to drive conversions
Relationship Management
