The Inside Sales Intern will support the Inside Sales team by assisting with daily sales activities, customer interactions, and special projects. This internship offers hands-on experience working directly with customers and distribution partners while supporting full-time staff with quoting, order processing, and sales-related projects. The intern will gain valuable exposure to sales operations in a structured, professional environment.
Support Inside Sales and Outside Sales teams with daily activities related to distributors and customers
Assist with generating quotations and preparing sales documentation under supervision
Help manage and expedite samples and customer orders
Assist with processing product returns and supporting stock rotation analysis
Maintain accurate records within sales and internal systems
Participate in sales-related projects and process improvement initiatives
Perform other related duties as assigned to support the Inside Sales team
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a business, sales, marketing, or related program
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks
Interest in sales, customer service, and relationship management
Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM or ERP experience is a plus but not required
Willingness to learn and collaborate in a team environment
Real-world experience working with customers and distribution partners
Hands-on exposure to quoting, order management, and sales processes
