Opportunity at a Glance
The Inside Sales Executive is a key driver of revenue growth, responsible for generating new business and expanding existing revenue streams through B2C sales efforts across assigned territories, including the Government segment and all Key Accounts. This role develops and converts leads, engages customers to understand their needs, and successfully closes sales opportunities within the assigned territory. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, efficient, proactive, and results-driven, with a proven ability to consistently exceed sales targets and contribute to the company's growth objectives.

Responsibilities
• Lead Management and Revenue Generation
• Accelerate revenue growth by identifying and routing qualified B2B opportunities to the appropriate sales teams
• Respond promptly to all inbound leads, ensuring timely engagement and follow-up to maximize conversion rates

• Consistently achieve or exceed sales, activity, and revenue targets

Customer Engagement
• Deliver timely, professional, and customer-focused communication throughout the sales process
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and engagement
• Effectively close sales opportunities while delivering positive customer experience

Pipeline Management & Product Knowledge
• Maintain accurate lead, pipeline, and recurring revenue data within Salesforce
• Support forecast accuracy through disciplined CRM management and opportunity tracking
• Utilize sales tools and technology to improve productivity and sales effectiveness
• Maintain current knowledge of ACAMS products, services, and industry trends to effectively position solutions
• Effectively close sales opportunities while delivering positive customer experience

Responsibilities
• Generate qualified sales opportunities through proactive outreach, targeted campaigns, and timely follow-up
• Convert inbound and outbound leads into revenue-generating opportunities through calls, emails, and consultative selling
• Leverage marketing campaigns and events to drive growth and customer engagement
• Achieve or exceed sales and performance targets through effective lead management and closing skills
• Identify and route qualified B2B opportunities to the appropriate sales teams for further development
• Maintain accurate lead, pipeline, and recurring revenue data in Salesforce to support sales execution and forecast accuracy
• Respond promptly to inbound inquiries to maximize lead conversion and customer satisfaction
• Maintain current knowledge of ACAMS products, services, and industry trends to effectively position solutions and create customer value

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
• 2+ years of inside sales, business development, or customer-facing sales experience
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience using Salesforce or a comparable CRM platform
• Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
• Ability to leverage AI-powered and sales productivity tools to improve performance
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Customer-focused, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
• Desire to contribute to a rapidly growing, high-performance organization
• Highly prefer permanent residence in one of the following time zones: EST / CST / MST
• This role is eligible for participation in ACAMS' sales incentive program with the terms of participation to be determined based upon responsibilities and qualifications as well as program terms.
