The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound sales calls, generating leads, nurturing prospects, coordinating with the field sales team, and closing sales to achieve revenue targets. The role requires strong communication skills and a target-driven approach.
Handle inbound leads from website, social media, and marketing campaigns.
Generate leads through outbound calls and database mining.
Qualify prospects and identify potential customers.
Maintain proper follow-up on all leads.
Explain product features, pricing, and benefits to customers.
Share quotations and proposals.
Negotiate and close sales within assigned targets.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and direct customers.
Maintain regular follow-ups to convert inquiries into sales.
Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
Ensure high customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with Area Sales Managers and operations team for order processing.
Maintain CRM updates with accurate customer data.
Prepare daily call reports and sales MIS.
Track conversion ratio and performance metrics.
Stay updated on solar products, pricing, and competitor offerings.
Educate customers about Loom Solar’s product portfolio.
Suggest suitable products based on customer requirements.
Strong communication & convincing skills (Hindi & English).
Good knowledge of MS Excel & CRM software.
Target-driven mindset.
Negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to handle pressure and achieve sales targets.
Graduate (MBA/PGDM in Marketing preferred).
Experience in inside sales, tele-sales, or B2B/B2C sales preferred.
Experience in solar/electrical/technical products will be an added advantage.
