In this role, you will support the sales organization by delivering responsive customer service, preparing technical and commercial quotations, providing application support, and collaborating with internal teams to help secure customer orders. You will play a key role in building strong customer relationships, driving business growth, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within a global and collaborative environment.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Prepare and deliver accurate quotations by understanding customer technical and commercial requirements and ensuring timely responses.
• Follow up on quotations and engage with customers through phone and email to support order conversion and business growth.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships while providing a high level of customer service and effective communication.
• Provide technical and application support to customers throughout the sales process.
• Collaborate closely with outside sales teams by sharing relevant customer, quotation, and project information to support order acquisition.
• Maintain accurate quotation records in company systems, provide feedback on quote activity, and prepare weekly and monthly quotation forecasts.
• Support sales forecasting activities and contribute to developing long-term customer relationships and business opportunities.
• Follow standard work processes and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and delegation of authority requirements.
• Participate in the development and improvement of internal systems, processes, and ways of working while identifying continuous improvement opportunities.
• Perform additional sales-related and administrative responsibilities as assigned to support business objectives and customer needs.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal.
• At least 1 year of experience providing technical sales support, inside sales support, or customer-facing engineering services.
• Knowledge of engineering principles, technical products, manufacturing environments, or related disciplines.
• Strong customer-focused mindset with the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and digital business tools.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and international environment.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and delivering high-quality results.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

• Education in Engineering, Technical Studies, or a related field.
• Familiarity with engineered products, pressure-related equipment, industrial processes, or manufacturing environments.
• Experience working with quotation management, sales forecasting, or customer relationship management systems.
• Ability to interpret technical specifications and recommend suitable solutions for customer needs.
• Experience supporting diverse customers across multiple markets or geographic regions.
• Knowledge of a Scandinavian language (Norwegian, Danish or Swedish) is considered an advantage.
