Dit is een sleutelrol die ervoor zorgt dat sterke relaties worden opgebouwd met externe klanten, door technische ondersteuning te bieden met offertes en specificaties, zodat u over de hele wereld een hoog niveau van klantenservice kunt leveren.
In deze rol rapporteer je aan de teamleider klantenservice en werk je in een klein team dat nauw samenwerkt met de externe verkoopteams en de engineeringafdelingen.
In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bieden van een uitzonderlijk niveau van klantenservice, het opstellen van verkoopoffertes, pre-kwalificatiedocumenten, technische voorstellen en andere vormen van informatie die de klant nodig heeft, en het uitwerken van openstaande offertes binnen vooraf overeengekomen tijdschema's en het rapporteren dienovereenkomstig.
Deze rol is geschikt voor iemand die ervaring heeft binnen een klantenserviceomgeving en zijn carrière binnen de technische verkoop wil voortzetten.
