Your Responsibilities

• Take ownership of a portfolio of existing customers and actively develop new business opportunities within your assigned territory.
• Build strong customer relationships to maximize revenue growth, profitability, and long-term customer satisfaction.
• Qualify incoming leads and convert them into sales opportunities using structured sales processes and best practices.
• Identify new applications, market trends, and growth opportunities through market research and customer engagement.
• Prepare quotations, support pricing discussions, and communicate commercial updates to customers.
• Analyze customer data, product performance, and market developments to support business decisions and forecasting.
• Maintain accurate customer, opportunity, and sales pipeline information in Salesforce, SAP, or related systems.
• Partner closely with Territory Managers, Engineering, Customer Service, and other internal teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
• Experience in Inside Sales, Technical Sales, Business Development, or Account Management within an industrial or technical B2B environment.
• Strong commercial mindset with a passion for customer engagement and business growth.
• Experience working with technical products, sensors, measurement, automation, controls, or related technologies is advantageous.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, for data analysis, reporting, and sales planning.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and ERP platforms such as SAP or JDE.
• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with sales, forecast, and customer data.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Fluent German and English language skills are required / French and/or Spanish are added advantages.
• Self-motivated, resilient, organized, and committed to continuous improvement and achieving results.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills, customer focus, and a proactive approach to driving results.
